We are open!
At True Value by Ideal, we are open and ready to support our community! Our expert staff will get you in and out safely with everything you need to complete your home project. We have enhanced our cleaning protocols, and have created one way aisles in the store. All registers and frequently touched/used items and areas of the store are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. We have numerous hand sanitizing stations throughout the store that can be used at any time. Our goal is to remain open in the safest manner possible so that you can shop comfortably in our store!
Store Rules
Per CDC and health department regulations, we ask that all customers wear a mask or cloth face covering at all times when in the store. All customers must social distance at least 6 feet from all others. Please observe the signage on the floors as we have implemented one way aisles to increase distancing. When you enter the store, we ask that you please sanitize your hands at the sanitizing station immediately inside the entrance door. A member of our staff will be there to help guide you to exactly what you are looking for. We will also have additional sales associates on the floor at all times to answer any questions and provide expert guidance and tips on all hardware questions.
Curbside Pick-Up
Don't feel comfortable coming in to the store? No problem- we offer convenient and easy curbside pick-up! ITS AS EASY AS 1-2-3! 1. Call the store at 781-894-2188 and tell us what you need. 2. An associate will shop for you and call you back to confirm the items, pricing and payment. 3. When you arrive, simply park in one of the designated curbside pick-up spots and call us. We will bring your order right out to you, placing it in your vehicle in a safe spot.
